Boats are another option for those who prefer to approach from the water, adding to the sense of adventure and seclusion. The campground has a maximum of 12 sites, all marked with totems. Seasonal closures may result in some sites being unoccupied at certain times of the year. The campsite surface consists of sand, which adds to the natural and rustic atmosphere. Generator use is not permitted to preserve the peaceful ambiance of the area. Ben-Ewa offers a variety of camping options, including tent camping, camper trailer camping, and opportunities for large groups. Visitors should come prepared with essentials such as drinking water and containers, water sterilization tablets, rubbish bags, sunscreen, insect repellent, firewood (untreated mill off-cuts), an axe, sealable containers for rubbish, a first-aid kit, and sand pegs. These items will ensure a comfortable and safe camping experience. Mobile phone coverage in the area is poor and unreliable. For those who need better reception, it may be possible near Tangalooma Resort on the island.
