Burraga dam was built on Thompsons Creek, just a short drive away from the small town of Burraga. The campground can be accessed from the northern end of Jeromy Road. The road into the camping area is a 1.3km gravel road that is suitable for 2WD vehicles.

Things to know

1) Camping is free and unpowered, and no defined sites exist. Flushing toilet facilities are available. Take all rubbish with you and leave no trace.

2) Activities include swimming, fishing and kayaking.

3) Pets are permitted.
