Burrows Waterhole Camping Area
Surrounded by rugged mountain ranges and woodlands, Burrows Waterhole camping area is set on a broad, grassy riverbank deep in the Sundown bushland.
Pitch your tent and then get out on the water—you can canoe or kayak the larger waterholes along the Severn River or go for a tranquil swim.
Stroll along the riverbank and keep an eye out for honeyeaters and other nectar-feeding birds feasting on colorful bottlebrush flowers. Walk downstream on the Burrows Waterhole to Rats Castle track to the Rats Castle granite outcrop.
Enjoy the day’s end beside a crackling campfire with only the sounds of nature breaking the silence.
