Burrum Point Camping Area

Set up camp in this well-appointed camping area, just behind the foredunes and a short walk from the Gregory and Burrum rivers. You’ll need a high clearance 4WD to get here, but it’s well worth the drive.

Spend your days exploring the park on foot or by 4WD. Slip your canoe or kayak onto the Burrum River and go in search of sea turtles, dolphins, anddugongsg, or fish and boat in the adjacent Great Sandy Marine Park.

At night, you’ll be lulled asleep by the waves gently crashing on the shore.
