The beautiful Bingara is a small country town in the New England region of New South Wales. One thing we were surprised to find is how much camping is available around the area. Bingara itself offers three Free Camping spots along the Gwydir River. As you head south-east out of town towards Copeton Dam, which feeds the Gwydir River, you’ll find another three free river camps along the way.
