Things to know
Accessible by 4WD vehicles and trail bikes, this camping area is best suited for adventurers looking to explore off-road and rugged terrain. The camping area does not have separately defined campsites, allowing for multiple groups to camp in the open areas. Campsites are suitable for tents and off-road camper trailers. The campsite surface is primarily sand and dirt. Shade is partial, so it's advisable to bring suitable shade equipment if needed. Campfires are allowed, but it's important to adhere to any fire restrictions or bans that may apply depending on the season and conditions. Generators are permitted, but they must operate quietly, at or below 65dB(A) when measured 7 meters from the generator. Operating hours for generators are limited to between 8.00 am and 7.00 pm. The camping area accommodates various camping styles, including tent camping, camper trailer camping, and tent camping beside your vehicle. Essential items to bring include drinking water, rubbish bags, and a fuel stove for cooking. Since there is no mobile phone coverage at the camping area, it's essential to be well-prepared for communication and navigation.
