Sunny Corner Recreation Reserve

Just 30 minutes from Bathurst, Sunny Corner Recreation Reserve sits in the Sunny Corner State Forest.

The state forest is known for its rough 4 wheel drive tracks and its history of gold and silver mining. The recreation reserve is accessible via two-wheel drive cars and can be accessed by caravans in good weather, but visitors should be aware of conditions when driving on unsealed roads.

Camping in the reserve is free, and the site is suitable for tents and self-contained caravans. Toilets and fire pits are available visitors should check current fire restrictions prior to planning a trip. Drinkable water is not readily available on site and visitors should bring drinking water when planning a trip.
