The New Beach/ Bush Bay Campground
New Beach/Bush Bay campground is located 40km south of Carnarvon, and is a mangrove paradise, perfect for drone enthusiasts to capture aerial shots of Shark Bay World Heritage Area. It is pet-friendly, but pets should be kept on a lead due to 1080 baits in the region. Bush Bay is a popular fishing beach and a great spot to launch a tinnie. Careful location selection is important as the beaches are soft. Launching at high tide is recommended. Whiting and Flat Heads can be caught off the beach, but launching a tinnie offers the opportunity to catch larger fish and do some squidding

Neighborhood
The area is ideal for fishing and camping. There’s also a heap of places that you can get a boat close to the water at Bush Bay. Pick your location carefully though, as the beaches are soft enough that you’ll probably have to deflate some air.
