Timbertown Heritage Park

Step back in time with a visit to Timbertown Wauchope, where you can ride the steam train on a trip out through and forest and return, experience the Carriage ride around the village, observe the timber craftsmen at work, and smell the coals of the blacksmith.

Set amongst 87 acres of natural forest, Timbertown is an entire village, re-created to demonstrate the struggles and achievements of Australia's pioneers in the Timber industry.

Within the park, they have two programs the first being History Alive during NSW School holidays and everyday Timbertown out of peak holiday periods.

You're welcome to come out and pan for gold in the stream and immerse yourself in their bygone days while traveling the village by Horse and Carriage.

New Cafe is also opens at the entrance to Timbertown. The Whistlestop Cafe- themed steampunk.
