West Kunderang Retreat

Totally surrounded by the Oxley Wild Rivers National Park, World Heritage listed for its Dry Rainforest Ecosystems and Rugged Gorge Vistas, the retreat offers access to the pristine waters of the Macleay River, with a myriad of recreational activities and relaxing interludes! Limited camping accommodation is available.

Bookings are essential and key collection is arranged the day before you enter West Kunderang. Please confirm your booking by phone. (Internet service is not available at West Kunderang and we are not able to receive your online booking while we are at the retreat.)

Each campsite is separate and self-contained for ultimate privacy, with its own toilet, water tank, picnic table, sink and fire pit (with swinging BBQ plate/grate/billy hook arm). Firewood is also provided.

Activities here include fishing, bushwalking, 4WDriving and canoeing.

West Kunderang is accessible to off road caravans and camper-trailers up to 18ft. Conventional caravans are restricted to a length of 16ft.
