No campfires, dogs or drones allowed. Generator use is permitted at some campsites between 8am-9pm only. Visitors should carry out all waste and not empty chemical toilet waste into campground toilets.
Things to know
The park is remote and visitors must bring in all supplies, including water, food, and fuel. It's recommended to bring supplies for at least three days and enough fuel for 300km minimum as the park covers vast distances and day trips are not recommended.
Access to Purnululu National Park is for high-clearance four-wheel drive vehicles and single-axle high-clearance camper trailers and caravans only
Neighborhood
The area is ideal for camping, snorkelling, swimming, and birdwatching. A total of 290 species of plants and animals can be found within 5km radius of the area.
