The camping area is easily accessible by conventional vehicles, although it's important to note that the road leading to the campsite is not suitable for caravans or large motorhomes. Lower Davies Creek camping area boasts eight separate but unnumbered camp sites. Each campsite can accommodate a maximum of 10 people, making it ideal for small to medium-sized groups. These campsites are nestled amidst granite boulders in an open woodland setting, offering a harmonious blend of natural beauty and tranquility. The ground at the campsite consists of granite gravel, dirt, and sand, providing a natural and rustic setting. While the campsites offer partial shade from the surrounding woodland, it's advisable to bring additional shade options, such as a canopy or sunshade. Open fires are not allowed at this camping area. Visitors are encouraged to use fuel stoves for cooking.To ensure a comfortable stay, it's essential to bring drinking water, rubbish bags to pack out your waste, a fuel stove for cooking, a comprehensive first-aid kit, insect repellent to ward off bugs, and sun protection to shield yourself from the sun's rays. Please note that mobile phone coverage is not available in this remote area, allowing you to truly disconnect from the digital world and immerse yourself in the natural surroundings.
