Access to Bizant River camping area is limited to 4WD vehicles only, as the terrain can become impassable after heavy rain. This remote location ensures that you'll be far away from the hustle and bustle of city life, providing a true wilderness experience. The park is closed throughout the wet season every year. Camping areas have specific closure periods that vary depending on their location within the park, with closures typically occurring from December to May or June. You can choose from various camping options, including tent camping, camper trailer camping, and tent camping beside your car. The camping area offers a flat and open space, ideal for setting up camp. Campfires are allowed, but it's essential to follow local fire regulations, especially during fire bans. Fuel stoves are recommended to minimize environmental impact. Generators are permitted with certain conditions. They must operate at a noise level of less than 65dB(A), measured 7 meters from the generator, and are only allowed between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Since this camping area is in a remote location, it's crucial to come prepared with an ample supply of food and drinking water, rubbish bags, insect repellent, mosquito nets, a fuel stove, and adequate fuel and spare parts for your vehicle. Mobile phone coverage is not available in this remote area, so be prepared for limited or no connectivity during your stay.
