To reach the Goldsborough Valley camping area, you can drive there using a conventional vehicle. The area is easily accessible, although care should be taken while driving, particularly when navigating the park's terrain. There are a total of 12 numbered campsites available, each providing a dedicated space for campers. Additionally, the Bora Ground camping area offers an expansive open area that can accommodate up to five groups. Vegetated alcoves provide a sense of separation between certain sites, enhancing privacy and creating a more intimate camping experience. The campsite surfaces are a mix of grass and dirt, providing a rustic yet comfortable setting. The camping area itself boasts a serene and shaded environment, with ample vegetation providing a peaceful atmosphere. Adjacent to the Mulgrave River, you'll have the soothing sound of running water as your constant companion. Campers are advised to bring their own essentials, including drinking water, firewood (as it's not provided and should not be collected from the park), rubbish bags for responsible waste disposal, and insect repellent to ward off any pesky bugs. It's important to note that mobile phone coverage is not available in the Goldsborough Valley camping area, allowing you to truly disconnect and immerse yourself in the natural surroundings without distractions.
